HRC FERTILITY REMAINS OPEN TO PATIENTS
We are committed to doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 by taking specific precautions during your visit to our fertility centers:
- We are encouraging new, hopeful parents seeking consultations to consider our multiple telemedicine options;
- We are engaged in social distancing by limiting the number of on-site guests to patients who are actively in-cycle;
- We are ensuring that patient consults are staggered to minimize contact with other guests or patients during your visits;
- We are administering temperature checks, health screenings and travel questionnaires upon check-in.
Should you have any further questions about your upcoming appointment or individualized treatment, please do not hesitate to call our centers. Your safety and our staff safety are our priority.

UPDATE: MARCH 9, 2020
HRC Fertility is committed to the health and safety of our patients, employees, and physicians. Staff at all our HRC Fertility Centers and Clinics have been advised about the CDC protocols to be used with the COVID-19 (coronavirus). Additionally, as in all cases of emerging infectious diseases, the CDC’s recommendations could change, so we are monitoring and following them closely. In light of the coronavirus public health emergency, we are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe. Individuals visiting HRC Fertility locations are being screened during their appointment for recent international travel, and will be asked about their health and travel history. We are emphasizing fundamental infection prevention measures such as hand washing for all employees and visitors, isolating infectious patients as appropriate and providing personal protective equipment (such as masks, gloves, gowns and eye protection) for associates and visitors if needed. We also follow new or additional prevention measures, issued by the CDC. For more information, please visit the CDC website for the latest coronavirus information.
