Question: Kerry, how does it feel to be nominated for this Los Angeles Business Journal Award?
A: I am of course, thrilled to be representing HRC Fertility and our community! More than anything, I am humbled and grateful. A work family is a hugely impactful relationship. While I value every experience over the arc of my professional career, I honestly view HRC Fertility as a dream come true. It is not “work” when you are able to collaborate and grow with brilliant team members who bring dreams to life for our patients. Our doctors, scientists, technologists, clinical staff and administrative team members are truly the most supportive, diligent and dedicated team members I have had the good fortune to work with. It is a joy to be a part of HRC Fertility.
Question: What are you most proud of so far, with your work at HRC Fertility?
A: Hands down, I am most proud of our teams; the quality and innovation of their work, our compassionate care, and our dedication to advancing IVF and fertility outcomes. In addition, as I look back on 2022 and 2023, I am deeply proud of our work with several key initiatives including opening our new San Diego premier center, opening our updated premier site in Newport Beach, opening our new Mission Viejo site, securing our newest affiliations with renowned centers of excellence for training future IVF doctors, our incredible growth in our LA/Encino region with three new physicians, and last but not least, our remarkable and wonderfully disruptive 35th anniversary campaign for egg freezing which supports more equitable access to a person’s fertility goals and plans. I can say it’s been an incredible year, and 2024 is poised to be even more fantastic.
Question: Any final thoughts?
A: Only one. Thank you HRC Fertility family for providing me with the opportunity to be a part of this incredible work!
