We hope you are staying healthy and safe during these trying times. This global pandemic has changed not only the way we live, but also the way we do business. HRC has responded to this challenge by adapting our operations to ultimately deliver the best patient care and allow us to continue building families, like we have done since 1988.  However, in transitioning to new internal processes, we experienced an administrative error that may have caused former patients to receive outdated or incorrect account statements.

We assure you that HRC is taking swift steps to rectify any erroneous billing that may have occurred during this transition. HRC has been helping families like yours for over 30 years and we hope to continue being part of your family for the next generation.   Growing your family is an emotional journey, and we are deeply sorry for the concern this may have caused at a time that is already a challenge for so many.   We are committed to ensuring this issue does not adversely affect anyone who received a statement due to HRC’s administrative error.
