About the Grant
The Dr. Jane Frederick Family Foundation IVF Grant was created to expand access to fertility care by helping qualifying patients offset the cost of treatment at HRC Fertility.
Through this partnership, selected recipients may receive financial assistance toward fertility treatment, including HRC Fertility’s Promise Package.

About the HRC Fertility Promise Package
The HRC Fertility Promise Package is a comprehensive IVF program designed to provide greater financial predictability throughout the fertility journey.
For eligible patients, the Promise Package includes many of the major components of treatment, including:
- Up to two stimulated IVF cycles
- Egg retrieval procedures
- IVF laboratory services
- ICSI fertilization
- PGT-A genetic testing
- Embryo freezing and storage
- Frozen embryo transfers from the original retrieval cycle
- Pregnancy testing following embryo transfer
The program is designed to help patients pursue treatment with greater confidence by bundling essential IVF services into a single package. Eligibility requirements apply and treatment plans are determined by your physician.
Promise Package Value: Approximately $38,000
Who Can Apply?
Applicants may be eligible if they:
✔ Are permanent U.S. residents
✔ Are under the care of a fertility specialist
✔ Require IVF or other assisted reproductive treatment
✔ Have limited fertility insurance coverage
✔ Are in good physical and mental health
✔ Meet HRC Fertility’s clinical requirements for treatment
✔ Are prepared to begin treatment within three months of receiving the grant

A medical evaluation completed by your fertility specialist outlining your diagnosis, treatment plan, and estimated treatment costs.
