HRC Fertility is proud to announce that Dr. Howard Li will be joining our San Francisco practice serving the Bay Area in 2026.

Howard Li, MD, FACOG is a 3rd year Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellow at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, he earned his undergraduate degree from UC San Diego, his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and completed OB/GYN residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

His clinical and research interests include chronic pelvic pain and reproductive psychiatry, as well as uterine factor infertility and the biological determinants of diminished ovarian reserve.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and paddle boarding, as well as creative outlets such as journaling, electronic music, and ceramics.
