Meet Dr. Atoosa Ghofranian – Coming to HRC Fertility Newport Beach Summer 2026
Dr. Atoosa Ghofranian is a board-eligible reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who will begin seeing patients at HRC Fertility in Newport Beach, CA, in summer 2026. She specializes in advanced fertility treatments, including IVF, egg freezing, and personalized infertility care for individuals and couples throughout Orange County.
Dr. Ghofranian completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, a nationally recognized leader in fertility care. She also completed her OB/GYN residency at Mount Sinai, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident.
She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego. Her clinical and research excellence has been recognized with multiple awards in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
Dr. Ghofranian’s clinical interests include in vitro fertilization (IVF), fertility preservation, diminished ovarian reserve, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), recurrent pregnancy loss, and fertility care for LGBTQ+ and transgender patients. She has published extensively on embryo development, ovarian reserve, and fertility outcomes in peer-reviewed journals.
As a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), Dr. Ghofranian is committed to providing compassionate, cutting-edge fertility care in Newport Beach and the greater Orange County area.
