About the Fitness Classes

CoreLab’s signature Lagree + Mobility 55 class combines strength, endurance, and recovery into one full-body workout.

Each 55-minute class includes:

  • 45 minutes of Lagree training, featuring slow, controlled, low-impact movements that build strength, core stability, and muscular endurance while remaining gentle on the joints.
  • 10 minutes of guided mobility work designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and promote recovery.

The class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more mobile, and energized.

Free street parking is available on Sundays along Beverly Boulevard and the surrounding side streets. While CoreLab does not have a dedicated parking lot, attendees should have no trouble finding convenient, free parking nearby.
